At the beginning when Mother Earth was naked and very hot, there were no plants, no animals, no people, no waters and Coyote was a force in the winds. The Maker gave Coyote a shape of clouds which travelled around Mother Earth and created the waters of life, the fog, the rain, the mountain dew and the storms.
