Coyote was travelling along the prairie and came upon a medicine woman who had many powers. Coyote knew this by hearing the song she was singing and watching her take her eye out and throwing it in the air, catch it, and put it back in her head. Coyote was very impressed with this power and asked the woman to teach him this song. That is how Coyote learned to juggle his eyes and that is also why whenever you see a Coyote out in the wild you know he has seen you first.
